Overview

In this role, you will lead the executive coaching practice at Oxford Sa d, building a scalable, evidence-based coaching function that serves students, executives, clients and alumni. You will partner with programme teams to embed coaching into the learning journey and oversee a growing network of external coaches. You’ll shape innovative coaching processes, ensure quality, and deliver impactful coaching across MBA, EMBA and executive education. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role in a world-class business school with a global community.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Coaching Excellence across a programme portfolio to ensure impactful, outcome-aligned interventions
  • Partner with Programme Directors, Faculty and Programme Managers to design coaching approaches
  • Build and support a world-class coaching community (external coaches) including onboarding and quality assurance
  • Influence strategic development by shaping processes and scalable coaching infrastructure
  • Deliver executive coaching directly to participants as needed across diverse sectors and geographies
