- Maternity Cover Data Manager

We are seeking a full‑time, fixed‑term contract (one year or until the substantive postholder returns) to serve as the primary data manager for multiple clinical trials.
Responsibilities
- Lead all data management activities throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
- Report to the Director of Programming and Data Management.
- Coordinate with study teams, providing guidance on data workflows.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with the Programming and Development team to build and support study databases using Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems such as REDCap.
Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, biomedical sciences, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience in clinical trial data management.
- Proven experience building and managing study databases using EDC systems.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and document data management processes and SOPs.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing data management and information governance.
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to prioritise a varied workload with minimal supervision.
