You\'ll need commitment, flexibility, a passion for customer care, a desire to deliver excellent service and be able to work independently as well as in a team. Responsibilities will include:

  • Making bookings via telephone and in person
  • Cash handling and reconciling monies and card transactions
  • Dealing with general enquiries and processing memberships

The role is key to ensuring a first-class experience for our student, staff, alumni and public members. Excellent communication skills, together with a pro-active approach to creating great customer experiences are essential.

The post is offered on a permanent contract, with two different shift patterns available to choose from.

Pattern 1 (28.50 hours)
Week 1 - Mon 0630-1445, Weds 1430-2245, Thurs 1430-2245 and Fri 1430-2245.
Week 2 - Mon 1430-2245, Thurs 1430-2245, Sat 0730-1500 and Sun 0730-1500.

Pattern 2 (25.00 hours)
Week 1 - Mon 1430-2245, Thurs 0630-1445 and Sat 0730-1500.
Week 2 - Mon 0630-1445, Thurs 0630-1445, Sat 1445-2215 and Sun 1445-2215.
