The University of Nottingham Ningbo China is seeking to recruit a Senior Research Fellow in Power Electronics and Electric Drives within the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver individual and collaborative research in Power Electronics and Electric Drives.
- Contribute to research program direction and generate new knowledge through application and development of research outcomes.
- Engage with research activities linked to the Faculty's platforms, such as the Power Electronics, Machines and Control Research Group.
- Develop and secure support for research proposals and funding bids.
- Manage research methodologies and approaches, and communicate findings through publications and conferences.
- Build relationships and collaborate with internal and external contacts, nationally and internationally.
- Manage research assets, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Ensure safety and compliance with university policies.
- Participate in professional development and undertake other relevant tasks as required.
