The role requires a teaching specialisation in drama and performance. Responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the core first‑year module, Drama, Theatre, Performance
- Convene the second‑year module, Twentieth‑Century Plays
- Contribute to the final‑year module, Changing Stages: Theatre Industry and Theatre Art
- Provide teaching, tutoring and research support across the School of English, where required
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to further career progression throughout the post
Qualifications:
- PhD (or equivalent) in a relevant area of drama and performance
- Experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate level courses
- Experience of teaching practical drama workshops (essential)
