About the role/team

Working within a busy Subway outlet on University Park you will supervise the day-to-day service activity of the unit providing an excellent service experience for our customers at all times. Main duties will include:

  • Preparing and serving a wide range of speciality food and beverages
  • Cash handling
  • Supervising staff
  • Opening and closing the unit
  • Maintaining the care of equipment within the area
  • Ordering stock and liaising with suppliers

About you

Candidates will have supervisory experience gained within a similar high street brand environment, have proven planning, organisation and administration skills and have excellent customer service skills.

Hours of work

35 hours per week to be arranged, 5 days out of 7 to be arranged to include regular weekends between 7.00am and 7.30pm on a permanent, year-round contract. Flexibility to work a range of shifts will be required. Please note this is a core position; candidates must have full flexibility to work any shift and days within the times 7.00am and 7.00pm Monday to Sunday as they will be scheduled to work a range of shifts on notice/planned work.
