We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with commitment, flexibility and a passion for customer care. You should be able to deliver excellent service, work independently and as part of a team, and be confident supporting front-of-house operations, including taking bookings, creating memberships and till reconciliation.

Shift Pattern:
These posts are offered on a permanent (all year round) contract, with the following 2-week rolling shift pattern.
Post 1:
- Week 1 – Tuesday 14:30-22:45, Wednesday 14:30-22:45 and Friday 14:30-22:45.
- Week 2 – Tuesday 06:30-14:45, Wednesday 06:30-14:45, Saturday 14:45-22:15 and Sunday 14:45-22:15.
Post 2:
- Week 1 – Monday 06:30-14:45, Thursday 14:30-22:45, Saturday 07:30-15:00 and Sunday 07:30-15:00.
- Week 2 – Monday 06:30-14:45, Wednesday 14:30-22:45, Thursday 14:30-22:45 and Friday 14:30-22:45.
All staff employed at Levels 1-3 will be eligible to claim unsocial hours (hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00) and weekend working enhancements. This payment will take the form of a 15% uplift for any time worked between 22:00 and 06:00 and any hour(s) worked on a Saturday or Sunday.
