Role: Senior Operations Officer – Education and Student Experience team, Business School. A fixed‑term maternity cover from 1 July 2026 to 2 April 2027, 36.25 hours per week (part‑time minimum 29 hours per week).
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for undergraduate programme operational activities.
- Coordinate, implement and continuously improve a range of operational processes and activities underpinning undergraduate programmes.
- Plan and coordinate activities with academic and professional services colleagues across the University.
- Build and maintain relationships with academic staff and professional services colleagues across the Faculty and Central Departments to deliver innovative, high‑quality and compliant services.
- Identify improvement opportunities and drive forward operational enhancements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision, demonstrating initiative and personal responsibility.
- Analytical and creative problem‑solving ability with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, varied environment.
- Experience or familiarity with education services operations is desirable but not mandatory.
