University of Nottingham is seeking a Second Chef based at University Park to support and deputise for the Head Chef in running a halls kitchen, developing leadership and stock management while hands-on with food.
You will prepare and serve meals for residents, cater for events up to 350 guests, and lead the team in the Head Chef’s absence. A hands-on role with leadership and creativity in a busy kitchen.
