We are seeking an organised and proactive Postgraduate Research Administrator to support the delivery of our Postgraduate Research programmes within the School of Medicine. In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative support across all core activities relating to the delivery of PGR programmes, ensuring processes are delivered accurately. You’ll respond to queries from staff and students, maintain accurate documentation, support meetings and help deliver key activities such as inductions and student events. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the Education Centre, contributing to an efficient and supportive administrative service. We are committed to offering ongoing professional development to help you grow in the role.
You will be organised, accurate and committed to delivering a high-quality service. You’ll have experience in administration or a customer-facing role, strong communication skills and the ability to manage a varied workload. You should feel confident working with multiple systems, handling sensitive information and following established procedures. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively, building good working relationships and supporting colleagues when needed. Flexibility, attention to detail and a willingness to learn are key. You will be qualified to GCSE level, to include English and Maths (or equivalent) OR have significant relevant work experience.
