The University of Nottingham Students’ Union are recruiting Finance Support Assistants.

Role Summary

As a Finance Support Assistant you’ll help ensure UoNSU’s financial transactions are processed accurately and on time. You’ll provide clerical and basic accounting support for the Finance Team, and handle customer enquiries both in‑person and via email. Full training will be given to successful candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure financial transactions are processed accurately and on time.
  • Provide clerical and basic accounting support for the Finance Team.
  • Handle customer enquiries in‑person and via email.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Work as part of a team.
  • Be reliable and organised.
  • Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Qualifications

  • Available for training w/c 8 June 2026.
  • Ready to undertake full training and develop accounting skills.
