Overview: Finance Assistant role on the Buyers Team supporting the University’s purchasing and finance functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact in the Buyers Team.
  • Convert requisitions into purchase orders for goods and services.
  • Handle travel bookings and purchase order housekeeping activities.
  • Provide finance‑related support and advice to staff and students via Teams and email.
  • Maintain a customer‑service focus and a can‑do attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Interest in finance; prior finance experience not essential.
