This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a varied role, alongside staff and students to improve the student experience and support education administration. You will work alongside our Faculty Education and Student Experience Senior Administrators, academic staff, and in liaison with Professional Service departments.
Your duties will include:
- General administrative support for programme processes
- Maintaining key information for students (e.g. Moodle sites and handbooks)
- Managing physical record retention and disposal
- Supporting local activities focused on engaging with our students, building community, and improving their experience
- Assisting with the coordination and servicing of Staff Student Forums (student feedback groups)
- Arranging student events such as welcome and induction
- Drafting local student communications
- Assisting with projects supporting the education and student experience elements of the Faculty’s Strategic Plan

About You: You should hold at least five GCSEs including Maths and English, or equivalent, or have considerable work experience in a relevant role. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, IT skills, and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. You will have experience of building strong working relationships with colleagues across an organisation and managing a high workload with competing demands.
