The University of Nottingham Students Union are recruiting Content Creators x 15. We are seeking creative Content Creators to join our Marketing and Communications student staff Freshers team! We’re looking for individuals with a passion for social media that manifests itself through exploration and brings new ideas to the table.

In this role, you will support the Marketing and Communications team by developing engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, particularly Instagram. This role entails creating content for UoNSU socials, as well as collaborating with local Nottingham businesses, such as Disco Bowl and Tramlink.

The ideal candidate will have experience with and be active on a variety of social media platforms such as Instagram, as well as potential experience of graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite. You will also have strong copywriting skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be creative.

This position will be fixed to work during the Freshers welcome period from 14th September 2026 for 3 weeks. There will be a variety of shifts available every day within this time period that can be anytime from 9am - 12am, at a range of events such as Freshers Fairs and affiliated club nights, e.g. Ocean and Crisis.

Hourly Rate: £12.71 plus holiday pay calculated at 12.07%
