Location: Sutton Bonington

Hours of Work: 15 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 to be arranged mainly Monday to Friday, between the hours 6.00am-9.00am (flexibility will be required).

Contract: This position is offered on a permanent rolling contract (15 hours per week) over a 52-week year basis (including student vacation periods).

Salary: £23,751 to £24,360 per annum based on a 36.25-hour contract or pro rata if applicable. Posts are initially offered at the minimum salary point £12.60 per hour, with progression to the higher salary point, £12.96 per hour, through an annual incremental rise.

Location: Sutton Bonington Campus near Loughborough (LE12 5RD).

Area: Domestic Services

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of offices, teaching spaces, laboratories, toilets, corridors, and stairwells.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Based at Sutton Bonington Campus; duties involve cleaning in a variety of areas and environments.
• Attend statutory training courses and any refresher training required by the department.
• Full training will be provided; previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as both independent and team work are required.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience gained within a similar environment is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; full training will be provided.
