ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and customer-focused Administrator to join our Pre-Award team in Research and Innovation Services (RIS).
You will be responsible for providing efficient and professional administrative support to colleagues applying for external research and knowledge exchange funding. Reporting to a Pre-Award Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing project costings, recording project information on the University's Grants and Contracts Management System (Worktribe), administering the University’s authorisation process and supporting the handover of successful projects to the Post-Award team.
A key part of this role involves the preparation of financial information for inclusion in grant applications. It is therefore essential for you have strong financial acumen, along with good organisational and communication skills.
