We are seeking detail-oriented and proactiveStudent Records Administratorsto join our newly formed Student Records & Data Management Team. This is a pivotal post in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of student data across the academic lifecycle.
As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the delivery of a high-quality service for students, academic staff, and external stakeholders—helping to shape a seamless and supportive student journey.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records in line with university policies and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting student lifecycle activities such as enrolment and data returns (e.g. HESA/Data Futures).
- Providing clear advice and guidance on student records processes to students and staff.
- Producing reports and maintaining electronic student files.
- Ensuring data quality and confidentiality standards are consistently met.
- Collaborating with colleagues across teams to deliver administrative activities to agreed deadlines ensuring the highest quality student experience.

The post is located within Academic Registry. Academic Registry is central to the delivery of the University’s strategy.
