Join us as a People Development Advisor within the Organisation & People Development (OPD) team at a moment of positive change. This post provides operational support to our staff learning offer, coordinating the University’s training calendar, managing timetabling and bookings, and helping maintain our learning platforms so programmes run smoothly. You’ll also deliver engaging training sessions and support the creation of learning materials. You’ll work closely with your OPD Consultant teammates and colleagues in other teams. This post is ideal for someone who enjoys organising, supporting delivery, working with digital tools, facilitating training, and helping colleagues grow and develop across the University.

Qualifications
- Essential CIPD Level 5, or other related learning and development qualification, or relevant experience

Organisation & People Development (OPD) sits within HR and works in partnership with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Policy and Wellbeing, Pay, Reward and HR Operations, as well as Technology teams, Academic Development, EDI and Research development teams.
