The University of Northampton is seeking a postdoctoral research fellow to support the DISCOVER Implementation study across the Midlands region. The post will liaise with Mental Health Support Teams, schools and partners to coordinate DISCOVER delivery and to collect robust qualitative data.

The role involves contributing to both the Implementation and Process Evaluation work packages, tracking recruitment, delivery processes, fidelity and local adaptations, and performing qualitative analysis
