Be challenged and imagine with us. As Marketing Projects Coordinator, you will support the delivery of a broad range of university marketing projects and campaigns. Working across divisions and teams, you will provide practical marketing advice and coordinate creative outputs that strengthen brand alignment, campaign effectiveness, and engagement outcomes across the University.

In this role you will:

  • Coordinate marketing projects from planning through to delivery, supporting University priorities.
  • Provide marketing advice to internal stakeholders, including campaign support and guidance on branding, channels, and creative execution.
  • Brief and coordinate creative outputs such as photography, video, and digital content, working closely with the Digital and Creative team.
  • Review marketing collateral to ensure it aligns with brand standards, target audiences, and key messages, and communicate project progress and outcomes.

This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal land).

You will have:

  • Demonstrated marketing experience, with the ability to provide clear advice and direction across a range of campaigns aligned with organisational standards and target audiences.
  • Strong project coordination and organisational capability, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to brief creative work and deliver clear, constructive feedback.
