The University of Manchester Students' Union is launching a new all-day Oxford Road bar and social venue. We are seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to work with the Head Chef to launch and run the kitchen from day one, delivering a practical, value-focused food offer that suits morning coffee through to early evening events.
You will set up the kitchen, build routines, lead shifts, support junior staff, and ensure food safety, allergens compliance, stock control and efficient service.
