University of Manchester Students' Union is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to help launch and run the kitchen for a new all-day Oxford Road bar and social venue, delivering a food offer that supports the rhythm of the site from morning coffee and lunch through to early evening, events and pre-gig trade.
You will lead kitchen shifts, support junior colleagues, maintain food quality, safety, and stock control, and help create a kitchen culture that is organized, calm, safe, supportive and proud.
