The Role

The Summer Lettings Coordinator supports the smooth delivery of the summer accommodation programme by managing day-to-day operations, coordinating arrivals and departures, maintaining accurate occupancy records, and providing high-quality customer service to clients, residents, and internal teams. The role liaises with Facilities, Housekeeping, Security, and Catering to ensure rooms and services meet required standards, handles enquiries and operational issues, supports administrative and financial processes, and may work occasional ad-hoc weekends during peak periods.

The University currently operates a Hybrid Working framework involving a mix of working remotely and in the office. Typically, the majority of employees will be able to agree to work remotely for up to 60% of their working week, role dependent, however will be required to attend on specific days for training or team meetings.
