The Role
As a Resident Advisor (RA), you will be in a position to build the community in your hall and positively influence the lives of your fellow students. The primary goal of the RA is to support the Warden in the development of an environment that is conducive to the academic and personal growth of all. Resident Advisors assist the Warden in promoting residents’ personal and social welfare, dealing with disciplinary issues, and encouraging a supportive and harmonious living environment.
