A senior member of a team of Assessment Officers within the department responsible for the examination arrangements for more than 45,000 students registered worldwide for a variety of University of London qualifications.

We are seeking a professional, motivated and organised administrator who is comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines with the capacity to plan and prioritise. In addition, you should be experienced in using a range of IT systems and be able to adapt to new systems and processes quickly.

The University will be unable to sponsor candidates for a visa for this role. Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate their right to work in the UK for the duration of their employment.

The University currently operates a Hybrid Working framework involving a mix of working remotely and in the office. Typically, the majority of employees will be able to agree to work remotely for up to 60% of their working week, role dependent, candidates however will be required to attend on specific days for training or team meetings, and at various points of the year may be asked to attend more frequently than 40% of the week.
