Are you an experienced events professional with a passion for delivering memorable experiences? We’re seeking a dedicated Event Manager, ideally with a strong background in event planning, to become a valued member of our friendly and professional events team. You will have the opportunity to work with fantastic clients and coordinate a diverse range of internal and external events across the University of London’s prestigious and historic Senate House portfolio. What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional communication skills, confident in liaising with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Planning and executing events to a high level of detail to ensure a top quality client experience
  • Ensuring that all event and hospitality details are in the booking system (KX), event folders and communicated to various service departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of event
  • To be the primary contact for customers on the day of their event, ensuring smooth running and that customers’ requirements are met
  • To liaise with members of the catering, portering, cleaning, security, FM, H&S and AV teams, and others as appropriate, to ensure appropriate levels of service for all events
