The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

Working within the Student Experience Team in the Institute of Population Health, you will play an important role in supporting students and academic staff on our Undergraduate Programmes, in relation to Assessments.

You should have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a challenging environment.

You should have 3 GCSE¿s at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language, with high level IT, communication and organisational skills. Experience of Microsoft Office is essential and experience of University IT systems (BANNER, Canvas, TULIP and ORBIT) is desirable.

This post is offered on a fixed term basis to cover a period of maternity leave, expected to be from March 2026 until February 2027. For existing University of Liverpool staff, this post may be offered as a secondment opportunity with the agreement of your current line manager.
