Working within the Student Experience Team in the Institute of Population Health, you will play an important role in supporting students and academic staff as part of the Institute's Professional Services Team with a primary focus on undergraduate and postgraduate taught student support, assessments, examinations and student progression. You should have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a challenging environment.
Responsibilities
- Support undergraduate and postgraduate taught student assessments and examinations, providing guidance on assessment procedures and student progression.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language.
- High level IT, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience of Microsoft Office is essential.
- Experience of University IT systems (BANNER, VITAL, TULIP and ORBIT) is desirable.
