The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

Working within the Student Experience Team in the School of Biosciences, you will be responsible for supporting the student experience: providing front-line reception to students, academic staff and professional services colleagues, whilst supporting the day-to‑day running of a busy office.

You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language and Maths, with high level IT and organisational skills. You should also have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a challenging environment. Experience of Microsoft Office is essential, and experience of University IT systems (student record systems and VLEs) is desirable.

The post is available on a 2-year Fixed Term Contract from 1 February 2026 until 31 January 2028.
