Overview
In this role, you will lead the governance and roadmap delivery for the TULIP platform, acting as a key driver in the IT Services team of a major university. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and the Platform Steering Group to oversee security, resilience, remediation, and continuous improvement across a landscape of ~170 applications. This is a pivotal part of a major digital transformation, with accountability for shaping platform strategy and outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to realise ambitious service goals and modernise IT services.
Responsibilities
- Drive platform governance, security, resilience, and roadmap delivery for TULIP
- Lead remediation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage two Technical Analysts and coordinate with senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with Platform Steering Group to align on priorities and governance
- Shape and influence a major digital transformation programme across a large IT estate
