We are seeking a dedicated and driven Hospitality Assistant to join our dynamic team at Bertie & Bellas.

About The Role

As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless service across our catering outlets and delivering an enjoyable dining experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving food and beverages to a wide range of customers
  • Operating the till system accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining cleanliness and carrying out general duties to support the day-to-day running of a busy coffee bar
  • Supporting the team during peak periods and contributing to a positive working environment

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Training & Development

Ideally, you will hold a basic food hygiene certificate and have knowledge of allergens and health & safety. If not, full training will be provided in basic food hygiene and allergens at the start of employment.

Additional Opportunities

There may be opportunities to work extra shifts outside of term-time (Easter and summer conferences), subject to business needs.

This post is term-time only 20 hours per week Monday to Friday 11.30am to 3.30pm.
