Summary:

You will be part of a friendly and dedicated team of Customer Service Assistants based in University Halls of Residence. Your duties will include front of house responsibilities including clerical and administrative tasks, communications, student liaisons and room allocations, health and safety checks, contractor check in. You will have the support of your team, Supervisor and Managers. You'll be reliable and trustworthy, work with consistency, and bring a flexible, welcoming approach when working with others.

Experience in the customer service and hospitality industry and reception knowledge is required but full training will be provided. One position is available, and the work comprises of shifts as follows: Monday - Sunday in a 3 week rotation comprised of 8am to 2pm, 2pm to 8pm shifts and 2 weekend days per cycle 9am to 5pm. A shift allowance is paid in addition to salary.
