The University of Liverpool is seeking to recruit an individual to provide a comprehensive customer service.

Duties will include:

  • Working at reception handling a wide variety of enquiries
  • Distribution of mail and parcels
  • Carrying out health and safety checks
  • Reporting repairs
  • Responding to operational issues as required

You should have a personable manner and excellent communication skills. You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook. Relevant experience in a customer service/hospitality environment is essential.

A uniform will be provided. The post is part time Thursday to Monday, with hours of 4 per day on weekdays (3.30pm-7.30pm), weekends Saturday (1pm-6pm) and Sunday (9am to 5.30pm). Flexibility with hours is required.
