  • Promote and market University accommodation to prospective students and their families.
  • Send accommodation offers and maintain accurate student records using systems such as Kinetics, Banner and Agresso.
  • Support the smooth running of the Accommodation Office and contribute to improvements in processes and systems.
  • Assist with the creation of student‑facing communications, social media content, posters and visual materials.
  • Support events, including Open Days, campus tours and Halls Life activities (evenings/weekends required).
  • Provide administrative support for team projects and the recruitment of student staff (e.g., Residential Advisers).

  • A clear and confident communicator with strong writing skills.
  • Organised, proactive and able to prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Technically capable, with good experience of Microsoft Office and large database/record systems.

  • Demonstrable customer service excellence.
  • Experience handling enquiries and maintaining accurate records.
  • Relevant organisational skills with experience planning and prioritising work.
