We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Team Leader to join our Catering and Event Services team on the University's main campus. This is a key front-of-house position where you will act as the face of our catering operation, helping us deliver excellent service to students, staff, and visitors.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing day-to-day leadership and direction to Hospitality Assistants.
- Serving and delivering a wide range of food and beverages, including: Grab-and-go items, Speciality coffees, Hot food and snacks.
- Ensuring high standards of customer care, service quality, and presentation.
- Working flexibly across all areas of Commercial Services as required.
- Using departmental systems such as: Procure Wizard, Agresso Web, The University's EPOS system.
- Supporting the smooth, efficient, and safe delivery of catering operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in catering, hospitality, or front-of-house roles.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in customer service.
