The University of Lincoln is seeking a REF Officer to support preparations for the University’s Research Excellence Framework (REF) 2029 submission. Working across Colleges and professional services teams, you will support the effective management of REF-related processes, ensuring that information, documentation and datasets are accurate and well maintained.
The role involves coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders, maintaining REF systems and records, and supporting the preparation of materials required for submission. Through effective coordination, attention to detail and strong stakeholder engagement, you will help ensure that the University’s REF preparations are organised, compliant and delivered in line with institutional and national requirements.
About You
You will have experience of coordinating complex research administration and/or research support processes, have excellent data handling, analysis and presentation skills, and are able to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of REF policy, requirements and processes are essential to this role, as well as a high level of organisational and project management skills.
