The University of Lincoln is seeking a proactive and organised Student and Partnerships Administrator to support its expanding defence and executive education portfolio. Based within the Office for Executive Education and Skills, you will play a key role in supporting the student journey from enquiry through to graduation. Working closely with academic colleagues and external partners, you will coordinate programme delivery, support governance and quality processes, and ensure a high-quality experience for learners across undergraduate and postgraduate provision.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for programme-related queries and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.
- Coordinate onboarding and events, liaising with defence and sector partners.
- Support invoicing and administrative processes.
- Contribute to compliance with defence-related protocols.
- Assist students in navigating University systems.
Qualifications
- Experience in work-based learning environments and understanding of the defence and security context.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
