The University of Lincoln is investing in its ability to deliver strategic priorities in a coordinated, evidence‑led and sustainable way to enable the delivery of the institution’s Strategic Plan 2022-30. The Strategic Insights and Delivery department has been established to strengthen how insight, delivery and enablement come together. The department’s purpose is to provide evidence‑led insight and enable delivery of institutional strategic priorities. As part of this investment in our capability and ambition, we are recruiting to a number of roles across the department, building a high performing multidisciplinary team to drive strategic impact and responsible innovation across the University. The department is looking for Senior Strategic Delivery Analysts to lead the delivery of priority initiatives. You will partner with colleagues across the institution to ensure initiatives are well defined, evidence led and focused on delivering real benefits. This role combines hands on delivery leadership with coaching, problem solving and stakeholder engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading delivery activity using agile and outcome‑focused approaches
- Working closely with users and stakeholders to shape problems and validate solutions
- Coordinating delivery activity, managing dependencies and maintaining momentum
- Using insight and data to inform decisions and measure impact
- Supporting and developing colleagues through coaching and collaborative leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting or leading delivery of complex initiatives or change
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a user centred mindset
- Confidence working across teams and influencing stakeholders
- A passion for change and delivering value for users
- A practical understanding of agile delivery and evidence‑based decision‑making
