Lincoln Medical School is growing rapidly as we welcome our first Gateway Year medical students and prepare to launch our full five‑year medical degree in September 2026. We are seeking an experienced Psychometrician to join our curriculum and assessment teams and help shape a modern, innovative medical education environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead on assessment analysis and evaluation across our programmes, ensuring our processes are robust, evidence‑based, and aligned with best practice.
  • Work closely with academic colleagues to support high‑quality, fair, and reliable assessment for our students.
