This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Mechanical and Electrical Engineer with strong experience in building services operation, maintenance, and contractor management. We are seeking an Engineer to join our Campus Services team, where you will play a key role in managing the operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical services across the University estate. You will apply your technical expertise to ensure our facilities continue to operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

While this role is ideally suited to an engineer with both mechanical and electrical experience, we also welcome applicants with strong expertise in one discipline who can demonstrate specialist knowledge in areas such as legionella control, pressure systems, chillers, or air source heat pumps. The Campus Services Department is a high‑performing team of estates professionals committed to maintaining and developing a high‑quality estate. The University continues to invest in its campus through an ongoing capital programme, including major refurbishment projects and a range of minor capital and revenue works. Our established Maintenance function plays a vital role in delivering this investment and supporting the growth of the estate.
