In this influential role, you’ll lead performance reporting and insight across marketing, recruitment and digital activity, turning complex data into clear recommendations that shape strategy and inform senior decision-making. You’ll bring strong experience in data analysis, dashboards and performance reporting, confidence working with senior stakeholders, and a passion for using insight to create impact. Experience in higher education is welcome, but not essential — we value real-world thinking and transferable expertise. Responsibilities

  • Lead performance reporting and insight across marketing, recruitment and digital activity.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in data analysis, dashboards and performance reporting.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and communicating insights clearly.

  • Experience in higher education is welcome but not essential; transferable expertise and real-world thinking are valued.

Department: Administrative and Professional Services

Salary: £38,784 per annum

Please note, this post is permanent and full-time at 37 hours per week.
