Our professional Department of People, Performance and Culture (PPC) have relationships with every area of the University at both a strategic and operational level. PPC covers the areas of operations, reward and benefits, organisational development, systems, and engagement and wellbeing.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Campus Jobs team as a Campus Jobs Administrator.
The Campus Jobs team sits within the wider Reward and Benefits team within PPC and is responsible for supporting Hiring managers and students across the whole organisation. The team supports the PPC function in terms of delivering against the University strategic objectives and ensuring that a professional and solutions-driven administrative service is provided. The purpose of this role is to deliver administrative support to ensure that a high standard of service is delivered to all customers. Our successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop their administrative experience, have excellent customer service skills, be a good team player whilst being able to organise and prioritise their own workload.
Responsibilities
- Deliver administrative support to hiring managers and students across the University.
- Support the PPC function in delivering against University strategic objectives.
- Ensure a high standard of service is delivered to all customers.
- Work with minimal supervision while meeting high‑quality standards.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, paying keen attention to detail and putting customers at the heart of everything you do.
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with academic and professional services staff, students, and candidates eager to join Lincoln.
