The University of Lincoln is seeking a proactive and organised Administrator. Based within the International Office, you will play a key role in supporting part of the student recruitment journey. The International Office is responsible for the recruitment of overseas students onto full time campus-based programmes and student sponsor relations. The department is also tasked with providing market expertise to help inform the development of the University’s programme and partnership portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational data via Excel to the Line Manager in relation to the initial due diligence of external stakeholder invoices.
  • Ensure an efficient payment process through internal systems and financial housekeeping reporting.
  • Update the University’s Student Management system.
  • Lead on the freight delivery of promotional materials for overseas and UK-led student recruitment fairs.
  • Respond to daily email enquiries from a range of stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Support the Line Manager in the preparation and delivery of external stakeholder contracts as required.
