You will take ownership of designated data collections, ensuring high standards of data quality, integrity and compliance. This includes responding to internal and external information requests, such as Freedom of Information enquiries, and supporting the delivery of institution-wide student surveys. Working with colleagues across academic and professional services, you will translate business requirements into reporting solutions, prepare and analyse data, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, systems and data quality.

You will be educated to A Level (or equivalent) in a numerate subject or have relevant experience in a data or records-focused role, ideally within a Higher Education environment. You will bring strong Excel and IT skills, alongside experience of working with databases and advanced reporting tools such as those used by the Division: Alteryx, Business Objects and Power BI. You will be confident analysing large datasets, translating stakeholder requirements into effective outputs, and identifying and resolving data issues with accuracy and attention to detail. You will be able to manage your workload effectively, use initiative to solve problems, and communicate clearly in a collaborative working environment.
