The predicted salary is between 20790 - 25410 £ per year.

In this role, you will work as part of a team to support course administration for undergraduate and postgraduate taught programmes from enquiry through to graduation. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries from prospective students, students, academic staff, including other areas in the University and external agencies, delivering excellent customer service to enhance student experience.

You will undertake a variety of administrative tasks which underpin the student lifecycle, including processing coursework submissions, feedback and marks entry, maintaining student records, updating information on Blackboard and supporting exam processes, alongside general office duties.

About you

You will have experience working in a busy administrative environment where you have demonstrated strong organisational and clerical skills. Experience of data input and record keeping are essential for the role, working to a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.

You will be a great communicator, with the ability to give and receive information effectively using a variety of methods communicating with a wide range of university staff, students and agents. You will also be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work with an understanding of the importance of meeting customer needs and providing a high-quality service.
