We are seeking a passionate individual to join us as our Student Activities Development Coordinator to support student experience at Leicester Students’ Union. The role involves empowering, supporting, training, and developing student leaders to organise a broad and diverse array of activities for their peers. We especially encourage recent graduates to apply!

The successful candidate will need to have excellent administrative and organisational skills, high levels of attention to detail and accuracy, along with good customer service and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will be expected to support the development of the student leaders, while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Hours: 34.50 usually between 9am and 5pm but some flexible working is required to meet organisational needs.

Interview: Interviews will take place (with the option for a Teams interview) during week commencing Monday 7th or 14th September 2026.

Job Duration: Fixed Term, until 31st July 2028.
