About The Role
The National Institute of Health Research (NIHR) is the nationβs largest funder of health and care research. Leicester is home to the Leicester Diabetes Centre, one of the leading NIHR research centres. We are looking to recruit a NIHR Programmes Administrator to support the administrative activities across several NIHR Programmes, whose overall aim is to improve patient quality of life and health outcomes. This role offers a blended opportunity involving customer service, support, coordination, and financial & resource management. Working closely with other administrative professionals, you will have the opportunity to support several NIHR Programmes in achieving their objectives.
About You
We seek an individual with prior experience in a related position, preferably with a background in healthcare. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Flexibility is essential to adapt to shifting priorities effectively. Strong communication skills, accuracy, and an approachable demeanor are key traits for success in this role.
