Y-PERN (Yorkshire Policy Engagement and Research Network) brings together universities and policy organisations (Mayoral Combined Authorities & Local Authorities) to support inclusive, place-based policymaking across the Yorkshire & Humber region.

We are seeking a Network Coordinator to support Y-PERN’s Transition Year (Sept 2025–Aug 2026). Building on the findings of Phase 1, you will coordinate governance processes, stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of a programme of activities with university and policy partners.

Working closely with the Y-PERN Directors, Communications Officer and administrative support, you will help to ensure effective collaboration across the network. This will include supporting events, communications and reporting, and contributing to the development of Y-PERN’s longer-term sustainability.

This is an excellent developmental opportunity for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who is interested in regional policy and academic engagement. The role offers the chance to work at the interface of universities and policy partners, gaining valuable experience in partnership coordination and programme delivery.
