Student Academic Personal Tutoring (APT) Lead
This role is open to current Foundation Year, UG or PGT student at the University of Leeds only
This new student role is being introduced primarily to support the continued development of the institutional APT transformation project, following the APT design sprint series in 2025 which was co-developed with a group of students and recent graduates. Whilst we currently have staff APT Leads across most Schools/departments, we do not have any student paid roles focussing specifically on APT. As a University, we are committed to meaningfully incorporating student voices and student partnership work into every area of student education and APT is no exception.
This role is therefore being introduced specifically to ensure that the APT transformation project remains aligned with and informed by current student experiences. The Faculty Senior APTs, School APT Leads and University APT Leads will work collaboratively with the Student APT Leads as a cross-university network to develop, pilot, evaluate and embed positive developments to APT.
