This role is open only to current colleagues from Student Curriculum and Operations. The position will be based on campus with an option for hybrid working and a willingness to discuss flexible arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Operational management and delivery of student and curriculum record processes, systems and data within the Leeds University Business School (LUBS).
  • Work with the academic programme support leadership team to provide operational insight that informs strategic decision making, resource planning and development of the University’s programme support service.
  • Support and oversee the programme support service, which includes registration, enrolment and attendance/engagement monitoring, and teaching delivery support.
  • Provide leadership, line management and support to a large team.

  • Experience leading complex operations, prioritising competing demands, and resource planning to meet key priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, line management and support to a large team.
